The preceding loans make up the Federal Family Education Loan (FFEL) program. The Federal Loan program starts with the FAFSA form. For more information on the FAFSA, contact the Financial Aid Officer at the college or university you will be attending. Once processed you will receive your Student Aid Report which will tell you the amount you are eligible to borrow through the Stafford Loan and PLUS Loan programs. The next step is to contact Paragon to obtain the application/promissory note. Remember to use Paragon as your lender with our lender code (812095) when completing your application.
