Please remember to activate the new card that you received in the mail. If you have not received your new card, please call Card Member Services at (800) 558-3424 and say "Customer Service Representative" or press '0' to be connected to a live representative.
This new affiliation has brought several changes in the way you access your account information. Please take note of the following:
Account access is available by way of the following options.
Telephone Account Access
You will be able to make payments over the phone, as well as access key account information such as card balance, purchase history and more. Simply call (800) 558-3424 and enter your card number and zip code.
Online Account Access
Our affiliation with Élan Financial Services will offer you a new way to access your Visa Credit Card information online. Online Account Access requires a new PIN (Personal Identification Number) which you can obtain 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by calling Card Member Services at (800) 558-3424 and saying "Customer Service Representative" or by pressing '0'. You will be connected to a live representative to assist you with obtaining a PIN.
Once you obtain your Paragon Visa Credit Card online PIN, you can access your account by clicking here, or using "Login in to Online Services" section located on our home page in the upper right corner.
Please note you will no longer be able to access your credit card information via iBRANCH online banking.
Making Payments by Phone or Online
To set up payments by phone or online you will need to speak to a Card Member Services representative at (800) 558-3424. The automated system will request your credit card number and zip code. After providing this information please say "Customer Service Representative" or press '0' and you will be connected to a live representative.
The live representative will need Paragon's routing number 221275708 and your checking account number. This is only required once to set up payments online or over the phone.
Please note live representatives are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for your convenience.
Using Paragon's Free Online Bill Pay
You can utilize our free Online Bill Pay product to make your Paragon Visa Credit Card payments. You can set up one-time payments or schedule reoccuring payments. You will need to enter your credit card number and the following payment information:
