Membership/Share (Savings) Account Application

Thank you for your interest in opening a Share (Savings) Account at Visions Federal Credit Union.

To expedite the application process, please follow the instructions below:
Return the completed and signed application, along with a copy of government issued photo identification and a check in the amount of $25.00 (your refundable deposit*) made payable to Visions Federal Credit Union by:

• faxing it to (201) 358-6446 (send check separate or visit a branch),
• mailing it to Visions Federal Credit Union, P.O. Box 400, Montvale, NJ 07645-0400,
• or, bringing it in to any branch location

Your application will be processed once we receive your completed and signed application, along with a copy of a government issued photo identification and a check in the amount of $25.00 (your refundable deposit*) made payable to Visions Federal Credit Union .

Important Notes
We require proof of identification for your protection and security. The minimum $25.00 refundable deposit is your key to membership*. We are a not-for-profit financial cooperative owned by our members. The minimum deposit in your Savings Account provides you with an equal ‘Share’ of the institution.
