To expedite the application process, please follow the instructions below:
Return the completed and signed application, along with a copy of a government issued photo identification by:

  • mailing it to Visions Federal Credit Union, P.O. Box 400, Montvale, NJ 07645-0400,
  • or, bringing it in to any branch location


Your application will be processed once we receive your completed and signed application, along with a copy of government issued photo identification. We require proof of identification for your protection and security.
