Branch Manager
Paragon Federal Credit Union, a well established financial institution in Northern New Jersey, has immediate openings for experienced Branch Managers. Branch Managers will manage a team of employees to ensure the organizations sales, service and operational plans are embedded in the way we do business. The candidates must also communicate effectively, inspiring, recognizing, and providing a motivational environment through daily coaching.

Call Center Representative
We currently have a Part-Time Call Center Representative position available. This position is responsible for servicing the membership on the telephone through product sales and account service. Candidate will ensure that members are given high quality, prompt, professional service. This position utilizes knowledge and experience when making judgments in resolving problems and answering questions. Candidate will identify and recommend strategies that will increase sales, improve office operations and achieve department goals and objectives. Must be detail oriented, a team player and have excellent communication and PC skills.
