ROCKLAND STUDENTS ACCOUNT APPLICATION

Thank you for your interest in opening a
Rockland Students Account at Paragon Federal Credit Union.

Before your application can be processed, the following information is needed. We require the following information for your security and protection:

• Your signature on the application. We will mail your online application to the address provided for you to sign.
• Your Student identification.
• Return the completed and signed application, along with your student identification, to Paragon Federal Credit Union by:
  • faxing it to (201) 358-6446,
  • mailing it to P.O. Box 400, Montvale NJ, 07645-0400,
  • or by bringing it in to any branch location.
• If you fax or mail the application, please provide a copy of your student identification (ex. Driver’s License, Passport).
• Your application will be processed once we receive your completed application and student identification.
